Brand new spot and its amazing. We used to order delivery from their takeout kitchen but now they have a full restaurant! Super clean and elegant space and the sushi is even better when it's made right in front of you! The waygu tartare is ridiculous and the surf and turf roll will blow the minds of anyone not on the raw fish train. Chef Jae stopped by our table to check on our experience and we could not stop raving about the food!

Our server, Natalie, deserves special recognition. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations, and patiently answering all our questions. Her friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm created a welcoming atmosphere. Natalie anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring our drinks were always filled and clearing plates promptly. In addition to the outstanding service, the chefs at Doanburi deserve praise for their skillful preparation and presentation of the sushi. Each dish was a work of art. Overall, the service and cuisine at Doanburi were top-notch. I highly recommend this restaurant, and be sure to ask for Natalie, she'll make your dining experience truly memorable!
